The residence features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for groups: the entire top level is dedicated to the Master Bedroom, which features a Queen bed, ensuite, TV, and a private outdoor deck. The second and third bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom provides two double bunk beds (consisting of two upper singles and two lower doubles) and houses a selection of books and board games.

Inside, the home is defined by its raked ceilings that add spaciousness and ambience, along with extensive floor-to-ceiling windows that capture gorgeous bush views through the treetops down to Blenheim Beach. Guests can enjoy two separate living areas, including a main lounge, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an 8-person dining setting, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Bose speaker.
