Discover the ultimate family or romantic getaway at 'Sky High,' a true log cabin located within the beautiful high-end Preserve Resort in Sevierville, Tennessee. This stunning mountain-top retreat combines the rustic charm of authentic log cabin wood throughout the entire home with a beautiful touch of modern technology, all while overlooking the breathtaking vistas of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The layout is designed for ultimate relaxation. The main level boasts an elegantly decorated living room featuring a stacked stone electric log fireplace and a 70" Smart large screen TV. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a dining table that seats six, and a king size bed suite with an ensuite private bathroom. Step outside to the lower deck to relax in rocking chairs and take in the surrounding nature.

The upper level opens to cathedral ceilings and an exciting open game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and a 50 inch Smart TV. This floor hosts the second bedroom with a king size bed—intentionally left unenclosed to preserve the stunning mountain views—and a full bath equipped with a Jacuzzi and separate shower. For additional guests, the space includes a loft with a futon mattress and a pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate children.

Guests can enjoy an oasis of luxury with a private hot tub on the second floor, perfectly positioned to face the Smoky Mountains. As a guest of the Preserve Resort, you have free access to premium amenities, including a 24-hour gym, sauna, steam room, pavilion, and outdoor fireplace. From May through September, guests can also enjoy the seasonal resort pool and catch-and-release fishing at the base of the mountain.

Located just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, you are perfectly positioned to explore miles of hiking trails. Popular destinations like Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg are a short 25-30 minute drive away, offering world-class amusement parks and outlet shopping. Please be aware that the approach involves curvy and narrow mountain roads.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Starter packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent are provided for the first 24-48 hours; please plan to replenish these for longer stays. To avoid a $250 HOA fine, please ensure the exterior bear-proof trash cans are securely latched at all times.
