Located in Fayetteville, Georgia, this one-of-a-kind destination invites you to immerse yourself in an eerie ambiance and meticulously recreated details that transport you straight into Hawkins circa 1983, blurring the line between fiction and reality.

This immersive retreat is designed for superfans and nostalgic travelers alike. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are carefully curated to fit the theme: Jonathan’s Room features 1 King Bed, Will’s Room offers 1 Queen Bed, and the Upside-down Bunk Room provides 4 Bunk Beds. Per building and safety mandates, each bedroom is limited to 2 people.

While the property is a fan-driven project and not affiliated with Netflix, every detail has been curated by professionals and fans to honor the spirit of the show. You will find authentic ‘80s decor, vinyl records, board games, and hidden Easter eggs throughout. Experience a blend of nostalgia and modern comfort, with period-appropriate installations like a 1960s CRT television and 1950s-era lampshades alongside new appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. For entertainment, a 75” Samsung Frame TV allows you to stream episodes while relaxing by the interactive Christmas light wall inspired by the Byers living room.

To protect this unique experience, several rules apply. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. All individual visitors and vehicles (make, model, and license plate) must be registered with the host prior to arrival. Parties and social gatherings are strictly prohibited. For security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras and interior noise decibel monitors. Please note that commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior written consent; a $500 commercial shooting fee applies to influencers and media filming.
