This well-designed layout includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed (160x200cm) equipped with a premium firm pocket spring mattress, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a TV, and a large dresser with clothes hangers. In the living area, two sofas convert into beds to provide additional sleeping arrangements.

The living room serves as a versatile hub with a TV offering over 100 digital channels and a dedicated ergonomic workspace featuring a desk and adjustable chair positioned by the windows. Guests can step out onto a nice large and quiet balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and a cozy dining area.

For those who enjoy home cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules. It includes a dishwasher and washing machine, with complimentary capsules provided. Please note that the stove hood is temporarily out of service. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people.

The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with nearly instant hot water. For your convenience, a hairdryer is provided along with complimentary toothpaste, body soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Each guest receives a fresh towel set.
