Other important guidelines include:

• No smoking of any kind (violation results in a $200 fine)
• No food or drink in bedrooms (except closed water bottles)
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Garage access is not permitted
• Primary guest must be 21+ years old
