Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: No pets allowed (including cats). Bringing an unauthorized pet incurs a $100 fee and may result in early termination of the stay.
• Smoking: Prohibited; violations result in a $200 fine.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
• House Policies: No food or drink in bedrooms (except closed water bottles), no rearranging furniture, and no unauthorized parties. Garage access is not permitted.
• Maintenance Note: Due to salt air corrosion, some windows and the sliding glass door may be difficult to operate. For safety, please do not open the kitchen window by the dining table or the master bedroom windows.
• Additional Fees: Late check-outs or early arrivals (subject to approval) are $100 for 1-2 hours and $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds per Stripe policy.
