• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay
• Smoking: Prohibited; $200 fine for violations
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles permitted)
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests permitted; additional guests exceeding the maximum limit require prior approval and incur a $100 per person charge
• Early Arrivals/Late Check-outs: Subject to approval; 1-2 hours costs $100, 2-3 hours costs $200
• Refund Policy: 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable per Stripe's policy
