The sleeping arrangements are optimized for guests, featuring a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests. The interior includes a beautiful full bathroom equipped with both a tub and shower.

Inside the cottage, you will find a space tailored for a relaxing getaway, including:

• Fully stocked kitchen with a countertop stove and toaster oven (please note: no full oven/stove)
• Cozy seating area
• Dedicated desk space
• Private covered porch

Located in the heart of St. Augustine, Florida, the home is just a short walk to the city's most famous historic sites, local art galleries, music venues, and dining options. Whether you are visiting to unwind or explore the magic of the city, you will feel right at home.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (Maximum 2 pets; $100 pet fee per reservation). No cats permitted.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ and present throughout the stay.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and on the premises ($200 fine for violations).
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Important House Rules:

• No eating or drinking in bedrooms (except closed water bottles).
• Windows must remain closed for security purposes.
• No rearranging furniture or illegal activity.
• No washing sandy beach items in the unit's washer/dryer.
• All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program verification and agreement prior to arrival, choosing between a damage waiver or a security deposit.

Additional fees apply for unauthorized guests ($100 per person) and early arrivals or late departures, ranging from $50 to $200 depending on the timeframe. Please note that a 3.9% processing fee is non-refundable on all bookings.
