The downstairs area is centered around an open living room complete with a comfy sectional and a smart TV for relaxing evenings.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which comes stocked with an oven, stove, pots and pans, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. For outdoor enjoyment, the home boasts a screened-in porch and a private backyard featuring a covered patio, a deck, and plenty of seating for lounging in the Florida sun.
