For additional guests, a large pullout couch is available in the living room.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and unauthorized parties are not allowed. Late check-outs or early arrivals may be requested for a fee ($100 for 1-2 hours, $200 for 2-3 hours), though they are not guaranteed. All guests must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, which includes verification, a signed rental agreement, and a choice between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
