This spacious villa is designed for family comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 beds, with a total guest capacity of 8. The layout includes a master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a relaxing whirlpool tub in the master bath. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping options with either two full-size beds or one queen bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests.

Guests will enjoy a fully equipped home environment with a full kitchen featuring a range/oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and dinnerware. The living space is enhanced by a breakfast bar, a dedicated dining area, and an entertainment center with an HDTV, stereo, and DVD/Blu-ray Disc player. Other convenient room details include a washer and dryer, an in-room safe, and a private balcony or patio.

Beyond the villa, the resort offers an array of exciting activities to ensure a perfect vacation, including onsite pools, spas, a lazy river, shuffleboard, and basketball courts.

• Policies: This is a cashless resort. Pets are not allowed (service animals are welcome); bringing a family pet will result in a Room Recovery Fee.
• Requirements: The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit.

Please note that from September 29, 2024, to February 28, 2025, the resort will undergo villa refurbishment. Construction noise may be present during daytime hours, though all resort amenities are expected to remain fully operational. As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, you may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, though this is entirely optional.
