This intimate retreat features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The master bedroom on the main level is equipped with a King bed, a ceiling fan, and its own TV. For additional guests, a futon is available. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a single sink.

The interior is designed for relaxation, featuring an open-concept living room with a welcoming atmosphere and a stone wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm during chilly mountain evenings. The fully outfitted kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a Keurig, espresso maker, and air fryer, alongside a dining table for your meals.

Step outside to experience the magic of the hillside location. The property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys from the private porch and patio. You can enjoy a slow morning in the rocking chairs on the back deck or unwind in the soothing hot tub. For those who love outdoor cooking, a charcoal grill is also provided.

Nestled in a serene wooded area, you are only 5 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains and a short drive from downtown Townsend's local shops and restaurants. Pigeon Forge is a quick 20-minute trip, and Gatlinburg is just 30 minutes away, providing easy access to Dollywood, the National Park, and various themed attractions.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Self check-in via door code)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Fireplaces: Available October 1st through February 28th
• Pet Policy: Dogs only; maximum of 2 dogs. A non-refundable $100 fee per dog applies. One medium corner crate is provided. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled. Guests must provide their own sheets/blankets for pets.
• Restrictions: No check-ins or check-outs permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
