Inside this spacious unit, you will find an open living and dining area perfect for gathering, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals, and 4 TVs for entertainment. For your convenience, the home also features a washer and dryer and free WiFi.

Situated in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, this property is perfectly positioned for easy access to a wide variety of local restaurants and popular attractions. Guests can enjoy several on-site features, including an outdoor street-side pool, a children's pool, a sundeck, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, and elevator access. Parking is provided for two cars across the street.

Important Notice: Please be aware that as of March 2025/2026, all balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns; no one is permitted on the balcony for any reason. Extensive building work is ongoing, including roof, guardrail, sliding glass door, storage door, stairwell, and parking structure repairs. These projects may cause noise and temporary pool closures. Rates have been adjusted to reflect these inconveniences, and no additional compensation will be offered.

• Age Requirement: For all non-family groups, every guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of check-in.
• Restrictions: No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed.
• Vehicle Policy: Motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, and trailers are strictly prohibited onsite. Free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles or for those exceeding the unit's parking limit (park at your own risk).
