For children or additional guests, cozy built-in twin bunk beds are tucked conveniently into a hallway alcove, with handy storage space underneath for luggage and beach gear. The full bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the primary bedroom, featuring a tub/shower combination and a bright vanity area.

While the property is minimalist in general amenities, the interior is thoughtfully appointed for your stay. The open-concept living area flows through French doors to a private gated wraparound balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and the coastal breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a variety of appliances including a crockpot, blender, toaster, griddle, and both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker. For convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

Located in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area within the Grand Caribbean community, you are just a short 3-minute walk from beach access. The neighborhood is heart-of-the-action, placing you near Destin favorites like AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille’s Café & Wine Bar, the HarborWalk Village, and the famous Donut Hole.
