Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and parties or events are not allowed under any circumstances. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on-site. Be aware that this upstairs studio is accessed via an exterior staircase and the property features two motion-activated exterior security cameras. In accordance with City of Sedona Ordinance Chapter 5.25.100, a sex offender background check is required for all guests.
