Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid. • Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condominium. Everything is inventoried and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to your credit card or cash security deposit. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in. • Fireworks, fire arms and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law and the violators can be arrested by proper authorities. • No music or Tv loud noise after 9:00 PM that might disturb owners and renters is allowed in order to preserve tranquility. • The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is prohibited. Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property. • NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Resort. • Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed, It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or to organize games in the green areas (grass). • Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed. • Kids of 12 & under also count but there is no charge for them. • No additional persons are allowed to stay in the unit than the ones allowed per unit type. • Room capacity depends on the beds and sofa sleeper: • 1 Bedroom (2 Adults and 2 Kids under 12); 2 Bedrooms (4 Adults and 2 Kids under 12); 3 Bedrooms (6 Adults and 2 Kids under 12); 4 Bedrooms (8 Adults and 2 Kids under 12); 5 Bedrooms (10 Adults and 2 Kids under 12); Units with additional rooms add 2 Adults per bedroom. • Minimum Age to book the unit is of 21 Years Old (At least the person who is responsible for the reservation). • BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condominiums or on the terraces, balconies or decks. BBQ grills are located on specific areas of the resort to avoid any fire or injuries.
• When leaving the units/condos, please be sure to lock front door, sliding glass doors and windows. The property owner and/or Casago/Sea Side Reservations it is not responsible for any stolen, missing or damaged items. Keep locked all the time. • The cleaning service will be provided after you check out. Any additional cleaning during your stay please arrange it at front desk with additional cost to the tenant.
• Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge. • All vehicles must be park in designed areas, if they obstruct the roads, it will be towed under owner vehicle expenses. • Only one vehicle per unit, any additional vehicle must be parked in designed areas directed by security guards or outside of the complex.
• Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities until before 8:45 PM. such as the pool and grills. Be sure to have with you the key at all times while in the common areas. This allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep unauthorized persons out. The guest's visitors are not allowed to use the common areas. • No pets are allowed all the time. Only property owners are allowed to have their pets on premises. • During the A/C is on, please keep all the doors and windows closed in order to avoid excessive electricity usage and condensation and leaks to damage the ceilings. Any damage would be charge against your security deposit. • Children are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. • Children must be under adult supervision around pool and Jacuzzi areas at all times. There are no life guards on duty. • Swimming suits only are allowed in pools. Street clothes are prohibited in the pools and Jacuzzi. • Please do not move pool furniture from pool areas. For your own safety glass containers are not allowed in pool areas. • Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas. • We are not responsible for articles forgotten or left in the pool or beach area. • In case of an emergency after office hours please refer to guard gate for assistance. • Smoking is not permitted in any unit or common areas.

CASAGO/Sea Side Reservations cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages, whether caused by storms, hurricanes, the electrical company (CFE) issues or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages, which occur due to the lack of water in the town of San Jose. We cannot be responsible for weather, acts of nature, and/or other acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your vacation or holiday. Therefore there will be no refunds.
