The home is thoughtfully laid out across two levels to maximize space and privacy. The upstairs area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a kitchen with ocean views and a dishwasher, a dedicated dining area, and a family room that opens onto a brilliant deck for outdoor lounging. This level also hosts two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Downstairs, the home provides a dedicated kids lounge and rumpus room equipped with R/C air conditioning, making it a wonderful space for children to play. This floor includes three additional bedrooms and a second bathroom and toilet.

Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably across 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, consisting of two Queen beds, two Double beds, and one set of Bunks. Outside, you can enjoy the spacious front lawn—perfect for a game of cricket—and take advantage of being just a short walk from the beach.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No pets allowed
• No smoking permitted
• Linen Policy: Guests must provide their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels (quilts with covers and pillows are provided). Alternatively, linen services are available via Victor Linen.
• Security Bond: A $500 refundable security bond is required prior to receiving key collection instructions.
• Restrictions: No Schoolies bookings, no group bookings for those under 25, and a strict NO PARTY/BUCKS/HENS/LARGE GATHERING policy.
• Additional Requirements: Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish upon departure and report any maintenance or cleaning issues immediately upon arrival.
• Family Add-ons: Porta cots and high chairs are available for hire through Elders Goolwa.
