There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a spacious master bedroom on the main level with a King-sized bed and Smart TV, a second spacious master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and Smart TV, and a third bedroom equipped with Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds and its own Smart TV. For additional flexibility, the main level living room includes two full futon sofa beds.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: Strict no-smoking and no-pet policies are in place. Quiet hours are observed from 11pm to 7am.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
• Please note the fireplace is unavailable from April 1 to October 1. Late check-outs require written approval; otherwise, a fee of $100.00 per half hour applies.
