The private casita features two additional comfortable guest bedrooms and its own full bathroom, making it an ideal setup for extended families or couples traveling together. Both the main house and the casita are equipped with full kitchens featuring modern appliances and custom cabinetry.

• Mid-stay Cleaning: Mandatory for stays of 45+ nights at $150 per service
• City Requirements: City ID# 031656. Guests must sign a written contract, provide a government-issued ID, and provide license plate numbers for all parked vehicles prior to arrival.
