For outdoor enjoyment, a wrap-around deck provides an incredible vantage point to take in the endless views.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the property to ensure privacy and comfort for up to 10 guests:

• Upper Level: Two spacious master bedrooms featuring vaulted ceilings and king beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. The primary master includes a jetted tub, walk-in steam shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. A small loft den with a desk provides a quiet retreat overlooking the living area.
• Lower Level: A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, alongside a spacious bunkroom featuring two sets of bunks (one Full/Twin and one Twin/Twin) with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
• Private Studio: Connected via a porte cochere, this secluded space offers a pullout sofa bed, kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom.

For relaxation and entertainment, the lower level features a media area with a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and a sauna. Guests can also enjoy a private covered hot tub located just outside.

Practical details include a garage parking space and a large driveway that accommodates 3-4 additional vehicles. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during the ski season.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted, and the minimum age to book this property is 30.
