We have some very basic house rules that we ask that you abide by during your stay.

These rules are meant for you to review before your stay and are simple. Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay :)

If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund.

( 1. ) 👨👩 This property has enough beds to sleep 6 people. Guest must bring air mattresses and linens if there are more than 6 guests on the reservation. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave.

( 2. ) 🅿️ The property offers ample parking space, suitable for multiple vehicles. Guests are advised to park in designated areas to preserve the natural surroundings and ensure easy access.

( 3. ) 🤗 The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Children are allowed when accompanied by their parents/guardians.

( 4. ) 💧The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant.

( 5. ) 🧻 A starter set of soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Extra items that are needed are Guest's responsibility.

( 6. ) ☺️ Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right in a reasonable manner.

( 7. ) 💰 Guest shall deposit a security deposit per the terms of VRBO for any damages to the property. The security deposit shall be returned to Guest after departure, less any deductions for damages. In addition, if the damages exceed coverage, Guest hereby assumes all liability for reimbursement to Owner for any damages caused by Guest and their party. Note: You will be personally responsible for direct damages and also for any loss of rental income and for any other extenuating damages that result from your stay.

( 8. ) 🚭 NO SMOKING ALLOWED, you will lose your security deposit and you will pay additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found in the cabin or on the balconies/premises.

( 9. ) 🐕 NO PETS ALLOWED, due to a severe allergy of the owner. Cancellation of reservation without refund and eviction will be enforced. No exceptions.

( 10. ) 🔥 NO FIRES, Unauthorized fires, including candles will be charged $100 plus damages.

( 11. ) No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control.

( 12. ) Guests understand and agree that the Owner and/or Owner’s Agent of this unit are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. Guests indemnify and hold the Owner and Owner’s Agent harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. If all guests on this reservation do not sign the waiver of liability, then the primary renter accepts liability for all guests and hereby waives any Owner or Owner Agent liability on their behalf.

( 13. ) You acknowledge and agree that use of Wi-Fi/Internet services at the property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by federal or state law or regulation. Transmission or download of any material in violation of federal or state law or regulation, is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for and exercise no control over the content contained on the Internet or is otherwise available through the Services. All content accessed or received by you or your guests is used at your own risk. In the event that we receive a copyright infringement notice from a copyright holder and/or an Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), which includes a date and time of the alleged infringement that occurred during your stay, we may reveal your identity (name, address, telephone number) to the copyright holder and/or ISP and you will be responsible for any associated fines.

( 14. ) Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person staying in this cabin. Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil/tanner on. Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.

EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
