The layout is completed by 2 bathrooms, including a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation after a day at the beach.

Located in the heart of Seaside, these condos place you directly in front of the Pacific Ocean, offering a prime vantage point for whale watching and sunset viewing. The neighborhood is ideal for those seeking the classic Oregon coast experience, combining the serenity of the shoreline with the convenience of a resort setting.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure a smooth arrival, the resort requires a photo ID and a credit/debit card deposit upon check-in; this deposit is refundable at departure provided the condo is left in good condition. Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the individual checking in, and changing a guest name incurs a fee of $130, which is subject to change. Pets are not allowed.

Parking is provided in the parking garage for up to 2 vehicles, though all vehicles must be under 7 feet in height to fit. Please be aware that street parking is strictly prohibited. Additionally, per city ordinance, maximum occupancy limits for both people and vehicles cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors, children, and infants. WiFi is available for an additional fee.
