Designed to comfortably host up to 10 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are distributed across two levels to ensure privacy and comfort. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a dedicated bunk room. The main living level houses a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a shared hall bathroom with a shower. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is conveniently located on the main living level.

The outdoor space is designed for leisure, highlighted by a private pool that is perfect for sunny afternoons and warm evenings. For those visiting during cooler months, a pool heating option is available. Guests can also enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided propane gas grill.

Located in a prime area of St. Simons, the property allows you to enjoy a leisurely stroll or a quick car ride to impeccable dining, charming village shops, and the iconic pier, making it an ideal base for exploring the local coast.

• Pool Heating: Available for $75/night plus tax, requestable up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Age Requirements: Guests must be 25+ to book. During GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30+ (unless accompanied by parents); no student groups are permitted for that weekend.
• Restrictions: No smoking anywhere on the property, including porches, patios, and decks. No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed.
