We kindly ask that you respect your neighbors during your stay. Tillamook County has recently implemented an ordinance that mandates quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. Renters who do not adhere to these hours may receive a citation and face fines as outlined in this ordinance.

The property owner or designated contact will inform each renter in writing about these quiet hours and the potential for fines due to violations. Additionally, the owner will provide secure garbage containers, which must be fastened with a bungee cord or similar means. Please ensure that all trash is placed in these secured containers—do not leave garbage next to the cans or unsecured inside them.

Parking must be off-street and should never obstruct emergency vehicles. Renters may be cited and fined for illegal parking under state law or this ordinance. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this home is 9 guests—do not exceed this limit.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels down and activities indoors after 10:00 p.m. If excessive noise or disruptive behavior occurs, you may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. If you anticipate more vehicles than allowed, please contact us immediately for assistance with accommodations.

We ask that you treat the property with the utmost respect during your stay. If you encounter any issues, such as broken or malfunctioning items, please notify our office as soon as possible. Adhering to proper procedures during your stay and at checkout is essential; failure to do so may result in additional charges. You will be held financially responsible for any damages to the property and its contents during your stay.

Instead of a cash security deposit, we can keep your credit card or check on file to cover any damages or extensive cleaning required after your stay. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and properties, and we ask that you do the same. Sensitive information, such as addresses and lockbox codes, will not be provided over the phone, so please bring your Final Confirmation with you and keep it accessible throughout your stay.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for mechanical failures, natural disasters, or weather-related issues. We recommend bringing a copy of this message along with your Final Confirmation for reference during your stay.

Important: RVs, campers, and tents are not permitted on the property.
