Sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed, two twin beds, and a convenient queen Murphy bed located in the living area. For those who prefer a larger sleeping surface, the twin beds can be combined into a queen size upon request.

Inside, you will find a welcoming living and dining room anchored by a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The units include a complete kitchen for home-cooked meals, a private balcony to soak in the salt air, and a luxurious jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. Please note that while the photos provide a representative example of the general size and layout, individual units may vary in decor and specific floor plans.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Maximum of 6 people (including children and infants) per city ordinance. This limit applies to visitors as well.
• Parking: Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 7 ft in height. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• Check-in Requirements: A photo ID and a credit/debit card deposit are required at check-in. This deposit is refundable upon departure provided no damage occurs.
• Reservation Policy: The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in. Changing the guest name incurs a fee of $130 (subject to change).
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Connectivity: Wifi is available for an additional fee.
