• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: One dog allowed with a $100 fee (no cats)
• Parking: Guests park in the lot across from Sand & Sea; covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards. From June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass per reservation is issued.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to book or accompanied by a guardian.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and on the property ($250 fine).
• Construction Notice: The building is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible activity. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available during this period. Monday-Friday arrivals may not enter the front entrance before 4 PM.
• Other: Commercial filming is prohibited. A damage waiver fee is required.
