Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property; smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the unit or anywhere on the property, with a $250 fine for violations. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. Commercial activity, including filming, is not allowed.

Important Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will undergo essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction activity. During this time, early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable, and specific entry restrictions may apply Monday through Friday before 4 PM. Parking is limited; from June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved exclusively for guests with valid handicap placards; all others must use the designated lot across from the resort.
