This spacious residence features a layout tailored for groups and families, comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. To ensure a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests, the sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed and two twin beds. For additional flexibility, the twins can be combined into a queen size bed upon request. The living area is further enhanced by a queen Murphy bed, providing ample space for everyone in your party.

Inside the approximately 900 square feet of living space, you will find a variety of inviting features designed for leisure. The unit includes a complete kitchen for home-cooked meals, a dedicated dining room, and a cozy living room anchored by a fireplace. Step outside onto your private balcony to breathe in the salt air, or unwind in the bathroom featuring a jetted tub. Please note that as these units are generally located on the lower floors, guests may experience partial or limited views of the ocean and beach.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is provided in the on-site garage for up to two vehicles, provided they are under 7 feet in height; please be aware that street parking is strictly prohibited. For those needing connectivity, WiFi is available for an additional fee.

To ensure a smooth arrival, the resort requires a photo ID and a credit or debit card deposit at check-in, which is refundable upon departure. To comply with city ordinances, the maximum occupancy of 6 people—including infants and visitors—cannot be exceeded at any time. Additionally, the guest name on the reservation must be the individual checking in; any changes to the guest name will incur a fee of $130, which is subject to change. Pets are not permitted in this unit.
