Designed for those who appreciate comfortable shared spaces without sacrificing privacy, the layout features 5 bedrooms, 8 queen beds with memory foam mattresses, and 3 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer one queen bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are more spacious, each featuring two queen beds. For additional flexibility, a full-size sofa bed is available in the living room.

Inside, the home is built for togetherness. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing group meals straightforward, and the living area is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV for slower moments indoors. For those seeking entertainment, the pool table provides a perfect way to bond before heading back outside.

The outdoor experience is the heart of the property. Guests can cool off in the private swimming pool, unwind in the spa, or engage in some friendly competition on the mini golf court. • Policies: No parties or events permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
• Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa.
• Pool Heating: Available with 24 hours' notice ($180/day May-Oct; $250/day Nov-Apr).
• Other: Septic system in use (toilet paper only); no smoking inside or within 15 feet of doors; exterior security cameras are active for safety.
