Designed for group comfort, the home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Every bedroom is equipped with brand-new memory foam mattresses for a restful stay. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with the convenience of an ensuite master bathroom. Two other bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and the remaining two bedrooms are designed for larger groups with two queen beds each. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a full-sized sofa bed.

Indoor and outdoor living is seamless here. Inside, you will find a very large kitchen with a big island and plenty of counter space, an electric fireplace for cold nights, and a cozy living area featuring a smart TV. The outdoor space is a true highlight, boasting a large backyard with a luxury swimming pool, bubbling jacuzzi, and a built-in firepit with surrounding chairs. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a mini golf court, bocce ball, and a pool table.

• House Rules: No parties, events, or smoking (including e-cigarettes) on the property. Extra overnight guests are $50/person with prior consent.
