Designed for both relaxation and gathering, this two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the main level hosts a luxurious King Bed and a comfortable Queen Bed, both featuring their own ensuite bathrooms. The upper level includes a third bedroom with a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed and an open loft equipped with a full-size daybed and a full-size nook bed, both sharing an ensuite bathroom.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space perfect for sharing meals or unwinding by the interior gas fireplace. • Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per night (maximum $250). Please confirm pets during booking.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25.
• Extended Stays: Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean every 30 days at the guest's expense.
• Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount. Travel insurance is offered.
