Designed for larger groups, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 14. The open-concept layout begins with a welcoming living room equipped with a sleeper sofa, a dining area with a table for six or more including two bench chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is conveniently located off the kitchen and includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a sleeper sofa, and its own TV. A shared hallway bathroom serves these guest rooms, and a small laundry room is located off the kitchen for your convenience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The spacious backyard is perfect for relaxing and includes a firepit, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill for guest use.

Located in the Missionary Ridge area, this rural setting makes driving recommended, though Uber and Lyft are readily available. You are only a 5-minute drive from the Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium, 15 minutes from the Tennessee Riverpark and Chickamauga Dam Day Use Area, and 20 minutes from the natural beauty of Lookout Mountain.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via digital keypad
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway parking only (maximum 4 cars). No street parking. Please note the driveway is very steep; parking at the top or bottom of the hill is recommended over the incline.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard.
• House Rules: No smoking (including vapes/marijuana) inside or around the home ($500 fee). No parties or events without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Additional Policies: Guests are responsible for any damages. All trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
