About Property

Discover the magic of the Oregon Coast at Olivia’s Rose, a picture-perfect cottage in Lincoln City that feels like a scene from a romantic movie. Surrounded by rose-lined landscaping and featuring a storybook wraparound porch, this beautiful and picturesque retreat is a charming vacation rental that is easy to fall in love with.

Designed for slow, comfortable coastal days, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to six guests. The primary suite serves as a quiet retreat complete with its own bath and a walk-in closet, while the additional bedrooms provide flexible space and comfortable beds for children or other couples. Upstairs, a second living area offers a wonderful spot for movie nights on the smart TV or a quiet place for teens to hang out.

The heart of the home is a bright, thoughtfully stocked kitchen that guests love, perfect for everything from quick snacks to full family dinners. The living room pairs a cozy gas fireplace with inviting seating, ideal for curling up after a misty beach walk. For those who love the outdoors, the covered porch is a favorite spot for warm drinks rain or shine, while the sunny back deck is made for grilling seafood feasts on clear evenings.

Located in the peaceful Olivia Beach neighborhood, the home is wonderfully walkable. Step onto the neighborhood boardwalk and follow it to the Olivia Beach stairs and the water's edge. At low tide, you can discover tidepools, starfish, and anemones. The community also provides access to a shared playground, volleyball court, and recreation center. Please note that the shared pool and gym are exclusively available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Beyond the neighborhood, explore local favorites like Kyllo’s for seafood, Pine Dines food trucks, or take in the excitement of the Lincoln City Kite Festival and Finders Keepers glass float hunts. For nature lovers, nearby hikes at Drift Creek Falls and Cascade Head offer stunning vistas.
