Spanning approximately 700 square feet, the layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize your stay. The interior includes a living room centered around a cozy fireplace, a dedicated dining area, and a complete kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy the surroundings; as these units are generally located on the lower floors, you may experience partial or limited views of the ocean and beach.

To ensure a smooth arrival and stay, please keep the following practical information in mind:

• Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• A photo ID and a credit/debit card deposit are required at check-in. This deposit is refundable upon departure, provided the condo is left in good condition.
• The guest name on the reservation must be the person checking in; changing a guest name incurs a fee of $130, which is subject to change.
• Parking is available in the garage for up to two vehicles. Please note that all vehicles must be under 7 feet in height to fit, as street parking is not permitted.
• Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy of 4 people is strictly enforced and includes all visitors, children, and infants.
• Wifi is available for an additional fee.
• Pets are not allowed.
