The residence is designed for comfort and style, featuring a layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the updated guest bedroom features a queen bed and a modern bathroom. For additional sleeping flexibility, the living area includes a twin sleeper sofa and an available air mattress.

Inside, you will find an open-plan living and dining area bathed in light from floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a cozy fire to gather around. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, complete with a center island and modern appliances. Step outside onto the beach view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and scenic vistas of the Oregon coast.

Located in the heart of Seaside, Oregon, this resort is just steps from the oceanfront promenade. Guests can enjoy a 5-minute walk to the Seaside Carousel and the shopping and dining of Broadway Street. Other local attractions, such as the Seaside Aquarium, the Seaside Convention Center, and the Lewis and Clark Salt Works, are all within a short walk. For further exploration, Cannon Beach is just 9 miles away.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Front Desk staffed 9 AM - 10 PM)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to one dog with a $100 per pet fee; no cats allowed)
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit or on property (including vaping and cannabis); $250 fine for violations
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 or older; younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Parking: Specific restrictions apply. From June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass is issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards; others must use the lot across from the building.
• Note: The property does not have AC but features floor-to-ceiling windows for ocean breezes. Portable fans are available upon request.

Building Notice: Please be aware that the Sand and Sea will undergo exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Daytime noise and visible construction activity may occur, though work is expected to pause from July 1, 2026, to September 8, 2026. No early check-ins or late check-outs are available during this period.
