The upper-level Master Bedroom offers a King bed, a vaulted ceiling with a Colorado landscape mural, a private sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. A second upper-level bedroom features a Queen bed and botanical wallpaper. The third upper-level room is a kid-friendly favorite with a full-over-queen bunk bed set against a fossil replica wall. On the main level, a fourth bedroom provides a Queen bed beneath a sweeping woodland mural. For additional guests, a Queen sleeper sofa is located on the upper landing. The home includes 3 bathrooms, including a master retreat with a bidet and a garden-level bath with a glass-enclosed shower.

The home also sits on an active wildlife corridor, where mule deer and bobcats are frequently spotted in the backyard.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A signed Rental Agreement and a damage protection option (waiver or security deposit) are required. Dogs are welcome with a mandatory $100 fee per dog (maximum 2). Please note that firewood for the game room fireplace is not provided, the garage is unavailable for guest use, and the multi-level layout may not be suitable for those with significant mobility limitations. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $20 per 30 minutes.
