Escape to this relaxing family friendly getaway in the countryside of Geneva, New York. Our charming house is perfectly designed for guests of all ages, offering a peaceful retreat with a spacious garden and backyard ideal for outdoor relaxation and fun.

This cozy home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 6. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace, a second bedroom with a full bed and a dedicated workspace, and a pull-out queen-size sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a large closet for your convenience.

Inside, you will find a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a cozy living room, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. For entertainment, the basement hangout is a movie-themed space featuring classic movie posters, a large TV, an oversized sectional, and an open stage area for karaoke, performances, or games. This level also provides a washer and dryer and yoga mats for guest use.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy a screened-in porch with string lights and connectable outdoor speakers, a private patio, a fire pit, and a swing set. The expansive backyard provides plenty of room to relax and play.
