A Smart TV with Netflix and HBO is included for your entertainment.

Located in the National Historic Landmark District, the Mountain Hideaway is perfectly positioned just one block from Main Street and Harrison Avenue's diverse restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and bars. It is a budget-smart base for adventure, situated just 15 minutes from Ski Cooper, 12 minutes from Turquoise Lake, and approximately 26 minutes from the trailheads of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive. The Leadville 100 start line is a mere 3-minute walk from the front door.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Self check-in via keypad)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Policies: This is a shared home with nine private guest rooms. No pets and no children are allowed on the property; violations may result in eviction without refund.
• House Rules: Please label items in the community fridge, clean up after cooking, and maintain low noise levels after 10 PM.
• Important Notes: There is no air conditioning, which is typical for Leadville's 10,152 ft elevation. Guests are encouraged to hydrate immediately upon arrival. Stays exceeding 15 days require a mid-stay cleaning fee. Check-in details are provided exclusively via a digital guidebook link sent by email.
• Security: Guests must choose between a $150 refundable security deposit or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40) during online check-in.
