• Check-in: 4:00 PM via keypad self check-in
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No pets and no children allowed. Please keep noise low after 10 PM and label all items in the shared fridge.
• Important Notes: The property is located at 10,152 ft; please hydrate to avoid altitude sickness. There is no A/C, which is rarely needed at this elevation. A refundable $150 security deposit or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40) is required during online check-in via the digital guidebook. Stays over 15 days require a mid-stay cleaning fee of $150.
