This cozy space features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable King bed and a versatile Murphy bed to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

While this is a 3-star property of individually owned condos in an older building that shows some wear, the space is kept very clean. The room is equipped with a convenient mini kitchen featuring a burner, microwave, mini fridge, and dishwasher, making it perfect for preparing snacks between adventures. Please note that while the room has heat, there is no air conditioning.

• No pets allowed (HOA restriction for the 3rd floor)
