The primary bedroom provides a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two low twin bunk beds ideally suited for children. An additional bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity for added convenience.

Inside, warmth greets you at the door with a mudroom ready for boots and gear, heated floors underfoot, and the steady glow of an indoor fireplace. The living room offers comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings, while a dining table for six provides a natural place for shared meals. Location & Neighborhood Positioned along Blackcomb Mountain’s Merlin’s Run, the home is a 1-minute walk to the ski run, providing ski access from the Painted Cliff complex typically from late December through March. A short walk connects you to the run leading toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. The property is a 7-minute walk to the Upper Village and a 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll. Other nearby attractions include the Chateau Fairmont Golf Course (15-minute walk) and Lost Lake (20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle). A free shuttle to the village is available via the bus stop on Painted Cliff Road.
