Lone Mountain Resort Lodging Simple House Rules

Check-in: After 3:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am

No Smoking. Pets fees paid. You must pick up after your pets. All pets remain on a leash no longer than six feet. No parties or events. Please place all trash in the dumpsters near the main lodge in the center of the resort. Please respect our neighbors who are also on vacation and those who live here full time and mind the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please let us know as soon as you can. Please report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out.  In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace it will be billed to the guests.  Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form are permitted to stay overnight. The total number of guests can be, at most, the maximum number allowed on the property. All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules.  Please park in the designated areas as stated in your check-in instructions message.

CHECK-OUT IS NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM All furniture should be returned to its original location. Please place all trash in the dumpsters near the main lodge in the center of the resort. Wash any or all dishes, glasses, and silverware. Please let us know before leaving if anything was damaged during your stay.

Welcome to Lone Mountain Resort Lodging! We hope you enjoy your stay in our cozy and comfortable vacation rentals. Here are some simple house rules to make your stay more pleasant and hassle-free:

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please respect these times so we can prepare the rentals for the next guests.

Smoking is prohibited in any rentals, as we want to keep them fresh and clean for everyone. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the designated bins. Thank you for being so cooperative.

Pets are welcome here but must be registered and paid for in advance. The pet fee is $25.00 per pet per night if you pay when you make the reservation or $45.00 per pet per night if you pay upon arrival. Please pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash no longer than six feet when outside. We love animals but also want to keep the resort safe and clean for everyone.

Parties or events are not allowed in the rentals, as we want to respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors and other guests. Please keep the noise level down between 10 pm and 8 am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to resolve them.

Please report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. We understand that accidents happen, but we also need to maintain the quality and condition of our rentals. In case of any damage not covered by our insurance or exceeds the security deposit, we will have to charge the cost to repair or replace it to the guests.
