Step out onto the expansive upper deck, where you can fire up the new stainless steel gas grill (available seasonally) and dine alfresco while watching the sun set over the horizon. Relax in the comfortable Adirondack chairs or enjoy the additional entry deck for some sunshine or shade.

The upper floor also includes a bedroom with a new queen mattress and a full bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find a cozy living space with a newly added sleeper sofa, a mini-electric fireplace space heater, a 55-inch smart TV, and an Apple TV with streaming services—perfect for movie nights.

The lower level also features a second bedroom with two queen-size beds and an additional bathroom with a shower. Just a short four-minute walk down Nehalem Road will take you to the beautiful Manzanita Beach, while the lively main street of Manzanita, with its shops, restaurants, and local bars, is just a 15-minute stroll along the shore or a quick three-minute drive.
