Building Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction. Construction is expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During construction, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and weekday arrivals may not enter the front entrance before 4 PM. Parking is limited; from June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass is issued per reservation, with most guests parking in the lot across from the building.
