Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present throughout the stay. Please note that this suite is attached to a larger 4-bedroom home; however, the remainder of the house and garage are locked and unavailable for use to ensure your complete privacy.

Strict policies include:

• Pets: 1 dog under 50 lbs is permitted (must be potty trained, kenneled, and vaccinated). A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies. Puppies under 1 year are not allowed.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the outdoor patio.
• No parties, illegal drugs, or underage drinking.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Late check-outs or early check-ins may be available for $100 per hour upon request.
• All guests must complete a verification process and sign a Rental Agreement via a secure portal prior to arrival, selecting either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
