General Information - Our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our office is located at 115 Sunset Blvd. in Cannon Beach, Oregon. We are open every day, 9am to 5pm. Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The Airbnb guest on the reservation will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation. Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights, and noise. Number of Guests and Cars - Haystack Villa has parking for 4 cars and can sleep up to 10 people. Each home has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. These limits are listed on our website. If there are more people staying at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. Pets - Haystack Villa is a pet friendly home. Dogs are the only pets allowed in our pet-friendly homes. The Dog Fee is $66.67 per dog per stay, plus tax. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges. Dogs are not to be left alone in a home unless in a crate. Any damage done by an unattended dog will be the responsibility of the Airbnb guest noted on this reservation. If a dog is found in a dog-friendly home without prior notice and consent as indicated by payment of the Dog Fee, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. You will also be subject to a $750.00 fee. If you have an ADA Service Animal, please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.
