Important Building Notice: Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime construction noise and visible activity. Due to this, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and weekday arrivals may not enter the front entrance before 4 PM. From June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for guests with valid handicap placards; all other guests must use the lot across from the building.
