Situated in the heart of Oyhut Bay Seaside Village, this stunning retreat is just steps from local shops and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends.

This spacious home is designed for comfort and entertainment with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a 42” Smart TV, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a second master bedroom with a king bed and its own attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a third bedroom with a king bed overlooking the canal and a 42” Smart TV. The fourth bedroom is equipped with one queen bed and a twin bunk bed. For larger groups, a queen-size air mattress is also available.

The interior is built for gathering, featuring an open-concept living space with a gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV. The upscale kitchen is a chef’s delight with Quartz countertops, solid wood cabinetry, a large breakfast bar peninsula, and high-quality cookware. For those seeking excitement, two separate FUN rooms house an 8ft pool table, shuffleboard, a retro game system, and a 60” Smart TV.

Outside, the property is equally impressive. Guests can enjoy a large sun deck with stunning 180-degree water views, a 20-foot dock for watching sunsets, and a fully fenced backyard with a plush yard, firepit, and hot tub.

Located on the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, the home is steps away from the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area for sea-level hiking and nature photography. The private dock provides access to 26 miles of canals for paddle-boarding or kayaking. Visitors can enjoy the Oyhut Bay Grill, Corks and Taps, or the famous cookies from Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery.
