Please note the property does not have AC, though portable fans are available at the front desk.

Important Building Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may encounter daytime noise and visible construction. Due to this, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and specific entry restrictions apply Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM. Parking is available in the lot across from the resort, with specific restrictions on parking passes starting June 1, 2026.
