The second bedroom includes a king bed and a pull-out twin Murphy bed, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds, an additional twin Murphy bed, lakeside views, and deck access.

Designed for relaxation, the living room and both main bedrooms open directly to the back porch. The interior is bathed in natural light and features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a dishwasher, drip and pod coffee makers, an ice maker, and a full cookware set. For slower days, the living room is appointed with a smart TV, books, and board games.

Outside, the experience continues on the back deck and partially fenced yard. Guests can enjoy a hot tub after dark, a hammock, a gas grill, a Bluetooth speaker, and an outdoor dining set. The property also includes a fire pit and a private boat slip, along with kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the water.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the bungalow sits on a canal connecting directly to the ski lake and the 240-acre main lake. The Carolina Lakes community is a peaceful enclave approximately 45 minutes from Raleigh and one hour from Chapel Hill and Fayetteville. Please note that only boats registered with the HOA are permitted on the lake.
