Create your own magical getaway for up to 12 thoughtfully curated family and friends in Albion, California. This private experience is nestled amidst towering redwoods and lush gardens, offering a serene sanctuary that remains just minutes from Mendo village.

The property is designed for versatility and group harmony, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 beds across three distinct spaces. The Woodland Retreat serves as the main house (sleeping up to 6), accompanied by the Woodland Cottage (max 3), and the Timber Tent (max 3). The Timber Tent is automatically included for groups of 10 or more, or available as an add-on for smaller groups; it features two twin beds, a pull-out trundle, a couch, and a covered private deck with heated mattresses and electricity for year-round comfort. With a total of 3 bathrooms on-site, guests can enjoy the full bathrooms in the Retreat and Cottage, as well as the luxury outdoor bathhouse. This elegant take on a camp bathroom includes a separate toilet, shower, changing room, and an outdoor sink station to easily support large group needs.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Gather on the veranda to utilize the covered and fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, redwood bar, gas fire table, and BBQ, with a custom built picnic table seating 12. For a more enclosed experience, enjoy meals in the all-glass sunroom regardless of the season. Guests can spend their days playing lawn games and their nights stargazing by the wood-burning fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub.

Despite being tucked in nature, all the conveniences are provided, including an EV charger, stable wifi, Live & Streaming TV, and an automatic generator. The homes sit on two private acres featuring a wide-open meadow and a meandering creek, located just a mile off Hwy 1.

• Pets: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (max 2). A $50 flat fee is added to the initial booking, plus $25 per pet, per night.
• House Rules: Please maintain a speed of 5 mph on the private dirt roads to protect wildlife, neighbors, and livestock.
